Face Recognition AI Model Approval

When a user is requeting it's Face Recognition AI Model reference image they need an approval of verificator officer and the approval officer approval before they can continue to enhance their own personal image automatically by an AI.

As the verificator officer it's our task to either accept or decline it's request, you could do this in the Face Recognition AI Model Approval page section.

Accept User Request​

To accept/approve a Face Recognition AI Model reference image requested by a user click the Accept Request button.

Then a confirmation pop-up will appear and also prompting you write some message to the requesting user, the requesting user will see your message in their side.

After you've satisfied then click Accept button to accept the user Face Recognition AI Model reference image request.

Then when you click the show detail button you'll see the request timeline is updated with the Verificator Officer status Accept and your notes as the verificator officer is displayed as it's prove that you're approved the requesting user Face Recognition AI Model reference image.

Now just need to wait the Approval Officer turn to either accept or decline the user approval request.

Decline User Request​

To decline a user's request just simply click the Decline Request button

Then a confirmation pop-up will appear and also prompting you write some message to the requesting user, the requesting user will see your message in their side.

After you've satisfied then click Accept button to decline the user Face Recognition AI Model reference image request.

Then when you click the show detail button you'll see the request timeline is updated with the Verificator Officer status being Prev Declined and your notes as the verificator officer is displayed as it's prove that you're declined the requesting user Face Recognition AI Model reference image.

As the approval status in the HRIS is based on the hierarchy structure hence the next approver as per this hierarchy request timeline is the approval officer, hence the approval officer no longer could accepting or declining the user's request as it's already prev declined by the preveous hierarychy, in this case is the verificator officer.
