Registration request

User could also independently register a new account and it's admin task to either accept or decline an incoming independent user registration request, as an admin you could access the registration request at the top right corner of the users page, click the registration request tab just right after the users tab.

The example above is what it looks like when there's no any user requesting an account registration request, below is an example when there's any user requesting an account registration request.

Accept registration

As admin you could accept a user registration request by clicking the selected user registration request card then click the accept button.

Once the the user account has been accepted a pop-up notification will appear indicating the user successfully registered an account.

Decline registration

As admin you could decline a user registration request by clicking the selected user registration request card then click the decline button.

Then you'll be prompted to fill in the reason why you decline those user.

Once you've finished filled in the prompted reason input you could confirm then decline user account registration request action by clicking the delete button and the message woll be send via email to those corresponding registering user email account.

FAQ

• What happen if a user is try to login into the HRIS while it's account is not yet accepted by the admin? the login will immediately be rejected when those user try to login.
